Free Local Pickup

For FREE local pickup (Sacramento) use the code PICKUP in checkout. I will contact you to set up a pick-up time at Summer Porch.

We want you to be able to get your shopping items quick so please provide the best contact information during checkout (phone/email).


Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If for whatever reason you are unhappy, please call or email us within 3 days of receiving to let us know you will be returning something to the shop.

All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt and merchandise must be in original condition. Return it to us prepaid with the sales receipt and properly insured. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue a credit to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Sale Items: All sale items are sold as final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Vintage Collection: All Vintage Collection one-of-a-kind items are non-returnable or exchangeable. All sales are final on Vintage Collection goods unless damaged in shipping.


Exchanges

All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or store credit. The merchandise must be in its original condition and returned to us prepaid and properly insured with the sales receipt.

We apologize that shipping costs are not refundable. Items received as a gift (except Vintage Collection) can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only within 30 days when returned to us with the gift receipt.

Sale Items: All sale items are sold as final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.


Damaged Merchandise

We carefully pack each order following the guidelines established by UPS and USPS. Once the package leaves our store, however, we are no longer able to control how it is handled by the shipper.

Occasionally an item is damaged in shipping. If that is the case, notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipper. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged merchandise or packaging unless instructed to do so. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued.
